David Manjarrez has been ministering in the Fresno area for many years. He taught instrumental music for over 30 years in Fresno and Tulare counties, from first grade general music to high school marching and symphonic band as well as orchestra.
David began his ministry as a worship leader and eventually expanded to teaching, preaching and counseling. With his wife, Michelle, they have been very successful in family and personal counseling.
David was the founding pastor of Family Joy Community Church for 19 years. Family Joy Community Church recently partnered with Northeast Assembly of God in order to better reach out and service the Fresno/Clovis area. Together these 2 congregations have become 1 strong church, with vision and purpose.
David and Michelle have been married for 37 years. They have 2 married daughters and 5 wonderful grandchildren.
